Services

Loom and Fire provides sewing services including alterations, custom work, workshops, and handcrafted products. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

Consultations & Quotes

Initial consultations are complimentary. Custom project quotes are valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is required to begin work on custom projects.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to fabric availability, complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable but may be applied to future projects within 6 months. Completed alterations cannot be refunded.

Product Sales

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of receipt for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Workshops

Workshop registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or future workshop with 7 days notice.

Liability

While we take great care with all work, we are not responsible for damage to garments with pre-existing wear, delicate vintage fabrics, or items not suited to the requested alteration.

Intellectual Property

All original patterns, designs, and content on this website are the property of Loom and Fire and may not be reproduced without permission.
